Three strikes and we’re in!

This past week, our family closed on our third property in less than a year with Clark Realty (Steve and Jolynn). We have moved west from the Blue state of MN and all the lawlessness Gov Waltz can produce. We’ve had enough! The Clark’s have been the single best thing that has happened to our efforts. They have taken care of every detail on the search all the way to each closing. We would NEVER consider anyone else to represent us and feel they were prompt and straight up on every count.

As this is a rural property that has a private well for water and a septic system it presented different challenges than selling a home in town. They went the extra mile in every situation that came up. Jolynn stayed so positive, if there were any questions she would look into what needed done and relay the information to us. Really appreciated the way they saw the value in all the work we had done on the home we were selling and priced it accordingly. Then we had two offers and sold it first day on on the market! After that they helped us find a new property and helped iron out all the logistics of trying to move.

My Husband and I tried to sell our home by owner for over a year without success.

I had a life change three years ago and thought I needed to buy a house on my own so I did just that. Little did I know I would find someone special and the next year need to sell my home and try to “get out” without going totally under so I called Jolynn and the magic began. Jolynn has been an exceptional Realtor and I would like to recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a new home. I think she went over and above to help me find what I was looking for. I felt like I could trust her, she would let me know if she felt I was walking into a money pit and she spent time actively trying to help me find what I was looking for. In the middle of my home buying process I had to go to Omaha for a medical emergency with one of my children. I decided against having a home inspection with all the other things I had on my mind, but Jolynn took it upon herself to send a roofer over anyway, because she was looking out for us. By doing this it saved me a great deal of money because it turned out the roof was in serious need of replacement. I then had the opportunity to negotiate a new roof into my contract before buying the house. Had she not done this I would have had to replace the roof very soon.
